I have been trying out yoga recently. Sure, it is tough. And you know yoga is all about the inner peace, tranquility and thoughts which got me thinking a lot. Vince’s aunt and Wei’s grandpa is passing away due to Colon cancer. But i do think that as long as one has lived to the fullest, no tears or regret should be shed.
